MAKE A DONATION

At Cafs, your contribution counts.

We’ve been supporting children and families as a proudly independent organisation for nearly 160 years and, in that time, we have expanded to deliver more than 44 innovative support programs specifically designed to meet the needs of people across the Victorian Central Highlands.

Even the smallest donation makes a difference to someone experiencing hardship.

Your gift, no matter the amount, will help Cafs continue to support people across the Victorian Central Highlands.

This Anzac Day, Cafs would like to take this opportunity to pay tribute to, and reflect on, the service and sacrifice of the many former residents of the Ballarat Orphanage who served in wars across the twentieth century.
We reflect on their courage and spirit which helped shape our nation into what it is today. For more information about our History and Heritage records please contact records@cafs.org.au.

At Cafs we know that when a young person seeks assistance from our Housing & Homelessness Team a lack of secure accommodation is just the tip of the iceberg. The data does not accurately reflect the serious problem of domestic and family violence for children and young people. We know that family violence is overwhelmingly the most common reason why children and young people need a bed and help.On Youth Homelessness Matters Day we are calling for increased funding for crisis homelessness services so that children and young people are not living in unsafe and violent environments. If you would like to sign the petition calling on the Federal Government to develop a standalone National Child and Youth Homelessness and Housing Plan visit
www.yfoundations.org.au.If you, or someone you know needs housing support please contact Cafs on 1800 692 237 or visit cafs.org.au.#YHMD24 @yhmday #homelessnessprevention #youth #CafsCares
