Youth Care Superstars are wanted to join our dynamic team and care for young people who need a safe place to live.

Cafs operates several Residential Care homes in Ballarat, striving to provide a safe and home-like environment for children and young people and supporting them as they prepare to return to their parents, foster or kinship care. Young people are also supported to leave care and transition to independent living.

We currently have a number of part-time or casual opportunities for suitably qualified practitioners to join our Youth programs based in Ballarat.

As a practitioner you will provide support and care, using Cafs trauma informed model of care, in a group house environment for young people in residential care.

Our programs offer practitioners the opportunity to access on the job training, formal professional development, mentoring and supervision from a team of experienced, professional house leaders.
