At Cafs, your contribution counts.

We’ve been supporting children and families as a proudly independent organisation for nearly 160 years and, in that time, we have expanded to deliver more than 44 innovative support programs specifically designed to meet the needs of people across the Victorian Central Highlands.

Even the smallest donation makes a difference to someone experiencing hardship.

Your gift, no matter the amount, will help Cafs continue to support people across the Victorian Central Highlands.

International Mother Language Day reminds us of the importance of linguistic diversity in preserving cultures and knowledge.Languages are key to sustaining multicultural societies, but as UNESCO points out, many languages are at risk of disappearing. Shockingly, 40% of the global population lacks access to education in a language they understand. At Cafs, we recognise the value of every language and are committed to making our services accessible to all, no matter their mother language. Our people are diverse and represent 23 cultural backgrounds. We access translation services to support clients with limited English proficiency, ensuring that everyone has the help they need.Learn more about our commitment to diversity and inclusion: www.cafs.org.au/diversity-and-inclusion#Cafs #WeCare #inclusion #support #InternationalMotherLanguageDay #multiculturalism
